Research employee to work on the following projects:
Medifor (media forensics); funded by DARPA. Responsible for developing fusion techniques combining outputs from initial forensics algorithms to better detect and localize image and video manipulations.
Spam detection in social networks; funded by ARO. Developing new statistical relational learning methods to more easily and effectively detect spam comments in various social networks.

Main responsibility was to maintain and update various websites for the graduate school using Drupal and .NET.
World Wide Technology: Asynchrony Labs
Worked for a mobile consulting firm, participating in multiple projects for different clients as an iOS/Java/JS developer. Practiced agile development and extreme programming such as pair/mob programming, pair switching, and test driven design.
Worked as a contractor for Macys.com doing iOS development; we practiced a SCRUM style of agile development.
Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL)

Summer 2014: Worked in the human interface group where we built an in-house iPad app for the Mars operations team that displays telemetry data from the MSL rover to the team, allowing them to make more informed decisions about what to do next with the spacecraft.
Summers 2012 and 2013: Worked in the electronics and power systems division where I learned LabView, passed the CLAD exam, and built a test suite and test procedure manual to easily allow engineers to test the characteristics of their power converter boards.
Was responsible for the development and deployment of the Haberdasion iPhone app (released May 2014). This app allowed users to easily browse and shop for new fashion apparel.
UO Graduate teaching fellowship (GTF)
Lab instructor for CIT 381, a relational databases course for non-CS majors. The course involved teaching students to use MySQL and PHP to populate and build HTML web apps.
Cal Poly Teaching Assistant (TA)
Lab assistant for EE 348, a course that teaches students how to build a three-stage operational amplifier (2012).
Lab assistant for IME 156, a course where students build a variably-controlled power supply (2010).
UO Graduate Student Advisory Board (GSAB)

Met with 20-25 other graduate students to discuss events, concerns, and future success of the graduate student body. We also organized the annual graduate research forum, an avenue for graduate students to showcase their research.

Became a certified lifeguard at the Six Flag's Hurricane Harbor amusement park.
